What is it?

There is a $180.63 charge on my Amex bill. it states Directv Hardware DTV hardware.. I was not to be charged for any hardware. Amex is also looking into this.

Got the same issue after ordering DirectTV through CenturyLink. Trying to dispute it with my credit card company since neither CenturyLink nor DirectTV took responsibility for this, they just said the charge was not showed in their systems. Just hoping the two year contract will end soon so I can get rid of these two companies. I did some online searching and it appears that many got the same issue, just different amount.
