I just got the same scam. Figured out who it is: Many Fitness Reps hence the mfr at the beginning of the string.

They are refunding my 59.99
When I put this as FRAUD to my credit card company, they ended up canceling my card (2 weeks before Christmas!) causing me untold finacial distress. All over a $1.36 phishing scam! Not impressed at all.
I have received 2 charges for 50.99$ to my credit card . I was notified by my credit card company and the charges were declined by the card. Upon much searching found out it was from fitness company as mentioned above in other reports.I contacted this phone # provided by CC company 415-691-4083 they are a billing service and said they would remove it and not send me any more charges. ONLY TIME WILL TELL.
I ended up with over 20 fraudulent charges in 3 minutes and it all started with a dollar charge to MFRPSCS.COM. It was the Saturday morning before mlk Jr day so I didn't have access to my money for three days.
