I completed a survey for Rachael Ray pots and pans and paid a shipping fee of $6.00 I have not received any news about when I will receive this item. Was this scam or is it real?

Used in a Dick's Sporting Goods email scam claiming a FREE win of a Yeti backpack cooler. The link in the email takes you to a site to fill your personal information such as address, phone#, and credit card info for shipping charge. The charge then appears as JUMPSTARTVITALI on your bank account. Additionally the fraudster will attempt to make another charge.
