Jinan Yanling Aquatic Products Co., Ltd Company based in Jinan China. Seems to scam people on Facebook. I have been tracking them for a while and this is one of the places where you can get a charge on PayPal or bank statement and receive nothing. This may not be the same place, but it's some place to start looking. Sorry I didn't have more information.
