It is not fraud. However you better check your Flickr account to make sure you didn't sign up with a credit card otherwise every 3 months they charge a $6.95 price tag to your card.

Flickr Pro US has been charging the same amount twice from my credit card acct. It happened in April and now it has happened in August. What is going on. which I've never approved or aware about these transactions. This is a fraud.
