I cancelled an order from a foreign site after my credit union refused to process charges. Also PayPal advised against doing business with the company. A package was sent anyway, I never had it in my possession, never signed for it. U.S. Postal Service let me know that package had been returned to sender. My Visa ended up with a charge of $251.88 on 10/29/2015, appearing as XINJINMY 2015. The Company's name : OnlineWebstore, phone (323)744-7779. I have called and recognized the name, "Max", who first said he never sent the package, then said he never received it back; also that the above was not the name of his website. I would like my $251.88 back, please.
