I had a charge I did not authorize to my Credit Card. I called the bank & they were able to stop payments from this company (THANK GOD)!!! However, I tried to call the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" number 1-888-430-4438 & asked for a Supervisor. The woman I spoke with was a moron & kept asking for personal information, I told her I was not giving them any personal information. She kept persisting on asking, I called another 2 times & they would not put me through to a manager. The last call I made I got a woman that told me I could only contact a manager Monday - Friday. She also told me the reason that they needed that information because they deal with many different companies. That makes me very uneasy. NOW I HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, WHO KNOWS WHAT IS THE NEXT COMPANY THAT WILL TRY TO PUT SOMETHING THRU, even though it is through WOW!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I will be calling back!!!
