Hi I called you after I seen a amount of $68.75 for a purchase of some kind of eye makeup and I was told that I would be refunded for the $68.75 so I looked at my bank account today and I noticed that it's still there, I'm a 64 year old lady and I don't even wear makeup and I did not purchase that product and I want my refund ASAP. I bought eye brow stamp. For 19.00. But got charged an additional $64.00 for something else I didn't buy????

I bought one brow kit and was charged $54.57!!!! It was supposed to be $19 plus s$h- tax

I purchased brow stamp on 7/12/24 and they've taken additional funds today! I'm reporting all to my bank.

Why was an extra $52.56 taking out of my account.
I ordered the brow stamp kit, that was paid for and delivered and now the extra money has been taken.
Bank has been notified about this fraud

The same thing happened to me as with previous complaints. I was charged over $60 for one eyebrow stamp kit. I just heard from my bank that they took another $32+ from my checking account. I reported it to my bank as fraud. How many times will this happen before anything is done about this? Ladies, watch out for additional charges to your account. I have no idea what they would be for :( Ridiculous!
