WM Telpay Walmart DC

This is a payment made via telephone on a WalMart credit card.

I have the Walmart prepaid debit card which I use for direct deposit. I decided to download the Walmart card app on my iPhone(which should be legit).... and the next morning I have debits from something called Walmart Telpay. I knew it wasn’t from me because I didn’t go to the store yet. I called the number on back of my Walmart card and was told they do not know what it is. So they stopped my card and will investigate for fraud. I want my money back... and I hope my information wasn’t taken. I want to know who’s to blame.... Walmart or Greendot bank?!?! Thanks

My business checking account was hacked. A charge came through for Walmart Telpay CC for $3800. I am trying to block it. The bank gave me the transaction number and customer ID number. I called Walmart Credit Card services and they said they don't know what Wal mart Telpay is. It is not part of the credit card system.
