What is it?

I had a charge from Verizon PaymentOne (which is not really Verizon, but is made to look like it so the fraudulent charges to not draw your attention). I caught this $15.77 charge on my bill and called Verizon Fios and Wireless and they said these charges are not theirs and are fraudulent. My bank is shutting down my checking account and opening up a new one as these scammers will hit your account monthly, usually in small amounts.
