Vitalcheck is absolutely fraudulent. I attempted to order a birth certificate for my husband and was missing some info, so I DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER. 3 WEEKS later at 4:45am, I woke up to a charge of $8.30 from VCN NY CITY VITAL REC. I googled it seen this forum and went to contact them. I wanted a refund. And for them to remove my information, I NEVER authorized them to SAVE. SO FRAUDULENT. Not only did they give me a hard time, they continued to ask for an ORDER NUMBER. and I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING!! AFTER 5 representatives one of them being twice. I was able to confirm that the charge would be refunded. One representative informed me that they charge you for starting an application, so I would have to dispute with my bank. Absolutely fraudulent. Because why was there nothing that stated that prior to starting the application. I’d rather go get my vital record in person. This was so fraud.

Ordered certified copy of my birth cerficate, did not receive it.

I ordered two certified copies of my NYC birth certificate in January of 2019. I received exactly what I ordered and was charged exactly what I was told the charge would be.

i paid another company $125.00, i never ordered directly from you,...and now i have an addl $40 charge, on my wifes card.

Total scam artists. I started the process for a document but did not complete the transaction since I was missing information. Just saw that they charged my card for $10.00 and when I called the bank to bring this fraudulent charge to their attention they told me they had tried to do it twice that day! Shame on you VitalCheck!

Tried to order records from VitalChek in order to be able to transfer my license and auto tags to a new state, and the transaction would never go through. I ended up having to directly contact the courthouses and records offices where my records are located and ordering from them (at no cost, I might add). Now, all of a sudden, I have two $7.00 transactions on my card from VitalChek. Total scam. Caling my bank first thing Monday morning, then the Better Business Bureau.

I have been charged twice on my debit card for 12.95 twice in one day! totally not authorized transaction's! I contacted my bank and they our looking into these unauthorized transactions! VitalCheck-Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce Documents from different States. http://www.vitalchek.com/

It is 330am and I just received an alert that my credit card has just been charged while I'm home in bed sleeping. I did not authorized this transaction.
