I purchased a Marriage Certificate on September 11th. I was told we'd receive it probably within about 10 days. To date, nothing has been delivered by UPS.

This is for a marriage on August 19, 1968 between Joan Silverman and Gary Simon in Chicago. Please advise. Charged to my credit card (Joan Simon) ending in 7693 for $50.40
