What is it?

I have no idea what this charge is for , but it has been on my statement for two months. I am reporting you to my bank as a fraudulent charge.

i ordered from the signals catalog, basically a craft catalog- there was no mention of membership - a month after receiving my order and paying the bill I find a charge of $18.07 on my AMEX when I tried calling the number listed on the Amex statement I was treated to a merry-go-round of offers for medicare plans and medic alert equipment. No human was ever available to explain or justify the charge

On 11/19/2025 I received a charge from Signals totaling $42.34. I haven't ordered anything from them since 10/10/2025, so this charge is not mine.

This charge appeared without any initiating action on my part. I want it removed and will take action with my bank to do so. If it is not removed I plan to file a complaint with my state's consumer protection bureau.
