I came here looking just for "TWP" and not "TWP Inc.", but for me it turned out to be The Washington Post. The charge actually says TWP*sub and then numbers; it was for my subscription

What is it?
"TWPSUB**** WASHINGTON DC" is what CItibank is showing. It is a Digital Subscription to The Washington Post. The are numbers that may correspond to a settlement or account number, and those numbers might change between different accounts.
TWPSUB followed by 8 numbers turned out to be The Washington Post subscription followed by my 8 digit account number. I had forgotten that I signed up for a free trial to view an article and didn't notice the $4 per month charge on my bank account for awhile. It was easy to cancel, I went to TWP website and when I canceled they offered to reduce the subscription to $2 every 4 weeks which I declined.
I did NOT subscribe to The Washington Post and yet they continue to make me subscription offers. I reported two of the .99 charges I had received to the credit card company since I didn’t know who it was. They were refunded to my credit card. But there’s a new .99 charge on my latest statement!! So I’ll have to report it too. Always something to straighten out!!!😡
Twp charged my account $120. I paid for my Washington Post subscription on 3/24 to WaPo. I do not subscribe to Wall St Journal nor do they have an account with my name.
