This company is a scam. I clicked on a sponsored ad that showed Oprah Winfrey advertising a cookware set. It was supposed to be a special promotion. You would authorize $7.85 on your card. I looked at the charges in my account and it was one charge for 7.85 and another for 189.72. When I called the number, I was told that the 7.85 entered me in a "raffle" to win the cookware set. That was not once mentioned in the ad. Then they said that they could refund only 20% of my money. After asking for a manager several times, and never speaking to one, the representative said that they would refund 40%, of my money. I disagreed. I was then told that a manager would call me back. Although they did not have my phone number. Beware of this Scam.
