I was confused by this purchase but then found out it was a charge for my tuition for Portland Community College. It is not Powell's Books.

"SY8 Portland CO" is the Portland COmmunity College Bookstore. It may even be specific to the Sylvania Campus.

I took the info shown at my bank and compared it with my receipt to verify that this is the purchase.
