Wireallyus.com has repeatedly scared consumers without delivering items purchased by credit cards. I am one of many. They got me for 41.86 u.s.d.

This is an international charge fee. Even if you buy something with USD online, if the purchase is processed outside of the USA, your bank will charge a international service fee (whether its 1% or 5%, my bank charges me 3%).

EXAMPLE: Tom spends $100 on a video game. The company receives the money but is headquartered in Germany. Now the Tom's bank has to pay the company in Euros, Not USD. So Tom's bank charges Tom a service fee, Usually in the 1-5% range.
