this is the number to call to have them stop billing you because email doesnt work 1-800-511-4336 they will cancel and refund money if you complain enough

I have the same problem with this company, they also stole 14.85 from my account when I cancelled the service a month ago. I sent already an email to spokeo to demand a refund of my money.

I just talked to the "SPK*INFARM" service company. They are a "ID" theft protection service associated with "SPOKEO". I think this is kind of "shifty" activity, don't you? The number I called was listed on my bank transaction info. It is 1-800-650-0821. They cancelled my account and said they will process a "full" refund through their claims department within 3 business days and I would receive confirmation of such in email. Hope this helps.

I have been charged twice on my credit card. I never knew about this company until no. These people are obviously thieves. Governmemts should step in to stop this mafia!!!

I have just found out that the same happened to me. I've called them and ask for a refund. The most interesting thing is that they don't allow me to delete my personal information such as email address and credit card number. So I will probably request I new credit card soon, so they won't have the opportunity to charge me again for something that I didn't request. This "company" is a scam.

The same happened to me. HAd to sign up for three months - cancelled it the same day (february till april) - and they still go on charging (july). Not knowing where they are situated I have no telephone number to call them. Does anyone have it?
