What is it?

My debit card was just charged $69.95 for something that I did not purchase. I did fly with spirit one year ago. Please correct this and let me know why. Why would I provide a link to my account when you have already hacked or charged it. Please advise and fix this as soon as possible. I remember trying to call your customer service number last summer and all I was given was a recording and waiting.

I was charged 69.00 on my credit card on April 3rd, 2019 at 12:00 am. Please get a hold of these charges. Report has been made to credit card company and card cancelled.
