I was charged $255.98 on my card and I have no idea how they got my card information.

I was charger $255.98 on my card from Southwest Air Lines. I have no idea how they got my card information.

I don't use Southwes, They use the name SOUTHWES 800-435-9792 TX to confuse people, and people end up calling SOUTHWEST AIRLINES to file a claim for the charge. I called my bank due to fraud and requested a new bank card. Always check your accounts. Hopefully, they will refund me. This is ridiculous; they made two charges: one from Hohoflights Ticket Center for $1,367.40 and the other from Southwes for $502.98.

Today January 18 2023, I was charged 248.90 from southwest airlines. I don't use southwest and I called my bank of fraud and requested a new bank card. Always check your accounts. Hopefully and I better get my money back. This is ridiculous.

The number for Southwest is 1-800-I FLY SWA (800) 435-9792. But, this one is 1-800-FLY SWA1 (800) 359-7921 or they capitalize on a misdial when you enter (800) 435-0792 (dialing "0" instead of "9")... at any rate it is a scam! PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

This number is a fraud and they pretend that they can cancel/change your flight reservations for a charge of $285. They pretend to be affiliated with Southwest Airlines and they are not! Very happy I did not give them my credit card information!!

Got a notice from credit card company saying Southwes charged $475.92 on January 12,2023. Didn’t buy anything from this company. Don’t know how this company got my credit card number.

My credit card was locked as I don't ever use it. I received a notifications of a charge from "SOUTHWES" $668.96. I called my credit card and they provided me with "SOUTHWEST" customer service.

Now if you're confused let me pause and see that the original company is missing a "T" the fraud. I called southwest and they had no information. So either they thought I would call "SOUTHWES" customer service number where they would take my credit card again but I'm glad I had my credit card locked. I'll keep it locked and see if they try to charge me again in the next few months

$669 CAD fraud charge picked up by bank.

A charge from SOUTHWES was made to my credit card account on July 14, 2023. I made no such charge and had not been in touch with the airline with a similar name for years. I reported the charge to the credit card company's fraud department.

This charge matches exactly the amount for my Southwest Airlines flight I just purchased. Likely that is where the charge is from.
