I just received a fraud charge on my credit card for $76.68. I’ve reported this to my bank and they’re filing a form reporting fraud… I’ll also be notifying the BBB and the New Mexico attorney general!!!

SmartActive google search result - "SmartActive App. Get ready by using the SmartActive app and collect data from your tracker." I never downloaded this app or had any affiliation, however they charged my CC 39.99. I disputed the charge with the CC company and they credited my account. I will be looking into how to report this to the BBB as fraud.

Popped up on my checking statement. Did not do.

Charges of $7.95 on 9/4, $54.95 on 10/12, and $54.95 on 11/13. Why? Requesting a refund on these charges…

Got scammed liked everyone else! Filing complaint with Atty. General and requesting refund. BBB and FBI need to crack down harder on these people!

They hang up when you call Smartactiive855-662-3672 I to was charged 76.68 and 6.95 on another date it has been reported as Fraud charge
