SAMS CLUB#6331 KENOSHA WI USA

A charge was made on my CalFresh benefits card, yes benefits received from california, that was a result of some kind of fraud or malfeasance. It was for $733.44 on Dec 12, 2022 at 1:53 pm at your Sam's Club #6331 in Kenosha Wi. I have never been to WI. This emptied out my account after a hospitalization and an accumulation of benefits. I reported it to CalFresh in California and will be getting a new card.
