Many people are being scammed by someone using their credit or debit card since 2010, they explained its some casino/resort in Singapore called RWS E-Services.

RWS-ESERVICES SINGAPORE SGP charged fraudulently my credit card. First they tried $ 1 using a different name, then they tried several different amounts, such as $ 148.50, 87.50 etc. and nothing would work until they got $ 55, shame on them!!!They stole my card number I don't know these people and never used their services.
