Same thing happened to me. Cancel the card and get a new one.

Same thing happened to me - a charge of $9.84 on December 18th. Called my credit card company. Charge was taken off. I reqested a new card.

This is supposedly a website for getting in shape and I found the same charge on my bank account. I called the number associated which goes to the Philippines to a 3rd party out sourced customer service company. They said I had an account and when i told them I had never even heard of or been to the website she faked sympathy and said they would refund my but never did so I called the fraud dept of my bank. Now I have to get a new card. This is a scam and you should take action right away.

I reported the same thing to my credit card company in January. They called these clowns, while I was on the phone, & they promised to credit my account with 9.84 in 5 to 7 days. I also cancelled my card & had a new one issued. Just got my February statement and it's there again + a late charge. Called the credit card company again. They claim they've taken the charge and interest off permanently. Can't wait for next month's statement.

I think this is part of the Target compromise (and maybe others). I had it. Call your bank. It's fraud.

This is fraud. Call your bank and cancel your card immediately. Same thing happened to me, same charge on the card I used at Target during the breach period. My bank refunded the charge right away and issued me a new card. Don't waste your time calling the supposed organization.

It's definitely fraud. Domain is registered with a telephone number that is used with many other questionable sites and it just popped up at 11/24.

Chase refunded the charge without any issues.
