This company The Music and Arts Center somehow got access to my bank account through a rental for a school instrument for my daughter. They took 30.22 from my account each month. I called and they said it was credit toward a new instrument to own. A total of 381.00 was withdrawn from my account and it was supposed to go toward a new instrument for my daughter. They gave me the names of stores that participate in the program so we contacted one of them back in June 2016 and they acknowledged that they do indeed participate in the program but they need to be set up with an account in order to the receive credit. It's I incumbent on The Music and Arts Center to give them access to everyone's credit. Now it's 3 months later and we are still not getting anywhere with this. I want my money back! This whole thing has been shady. School is starting and my daughter needs her instrument. I'll just go buy it. I'm contacting the State of New York Division of Consumer Protection.
