METROPCS MOBILE WEB 888-863-8768 WA US

I was making a payment to metropcbytmobile online and after submitting my card it says I paid and thanks for my payment of which I didn't selected that I just entered my card now it's pending and I can't contact them

I too have a fraudulent charge on my VISA for $60.00 from this same METROPCS MOBILE WEB 888-863-8768 WA address. Callling them is useless. Their Menu has no Customer Service or other contact point. I have reported the fraud to my credit union and they are investige. I advise everyone to carefully examine their charge card statement. I have five (5) fraudlent charges on my card. Four are already deleted and this last METROPCS is being processed by the Fraud Department. Christmas is a high fraud season. Beware!

A charge of $71 was made with my MasterCard debit card on 10/11/21. There were other fraudulent charges made to my account on the same day, as my account was hacked. I am not a customer of Metropcs. Please refund this charge.

A fraudulent charge of $59 on my AmEx card by "Metro PCS Web Airtime" (888-863-8768) - don't have an account with this "Metro" company. Tried to solve with their customer support - because I had NO ACCOUNT, they claim they could not reverse charges. Pathetic excuse, in my opinion, as they verified my name on the card that was charged and that I have NO ACCOUNT with them. Disputed to reverse charge with AmEx and getting new card. "Metro PCS" should be put on a fraud list from all legitimate companies.

Charged as "METROPCS WEB": I have an account with MetroPCS, but I've never used this card with MetroPCS. This charge is NOT RELATED to my account. This is FRAUD!

The MetroPCS customer service agent stated that my credit card was used to pay another account and there's nothing they can do. MetroPCS stated that I have to file a Fraud Claim with my credit card.
