I had a fraudulent charge of $100 on my Visa yesterday from “MetroPCS Mobile”. I understand that others have reported this as well, so obviously someone hacked their system and got our info. Really scary how easy it is for these people to do this and get away with it. 😡

MetroPCS Bellevue,WA showed up on my debit card with a $70.00 charge. Reported it as fraud.

A fraudulent charge of $59 on my AmEx card by "Metro PCS Web Airtime" (888-863-8768) - don't have an account with this "Metro" company. Tried to solve with their customer support - because I had NO ACCOUNT, they claim they could not reverse charges. Pathetic excuse, in my opinion, as they verified my name on the card that was charged and that I have NO ACCOUNT with them. Disputed to reverse charge with AmEx and getting new card. "Metro PCS" should be put on a fraud list from all legitimate companies.

Same story as above. $60 showed up on my account. Never been a Metro customer. No idea how they got the card info. Called Metro. No help. Dealt with it through the bank.

I find a Charge in my credit card Statement from Chase as follows: METROPCS MOBILE WEB 888-863-8768 WA $100 This is a fraudulent charge. Chase Credit Card company is not adequately cooperating.

Received a statement for $67 in charges for Metrics Mobile Web. I do not have this service and have never heard of them. The letter came from Bank Of America and I do NOT have a bank of america charge card

Met tropics mobile web 888-863 found on my VA bank visa check card for $62.00 on 12/29/2017. Bank queried me by phone concerning the fraud probability of this transaction. Do not, and never have used this website. Card will be cancelled.

I never made this charge and its pending thru my account.. When I called the 888-863-8768, they said there was nothing they could do, they asked for my card number and I wouldn't give it to them.. I am disputing it thru my bank..
