This just happened to me - my bank is unsure that I will be getting my money back. They informed me that it happened through Apple pay.

My debit card # was used fraudulently on 7/23/23. A charge of $82 was attempted against my card #, although the card never left my hands. The bank’s fraud dept got involved and refused the charges. The attempted charge was for something that appeared as: MERPAGO*ALIEEXPRESS against my card. I’m so glad the fraud dept. was on the ball and refused this charge! I’m curious because another person had a fraudulent charge under a similar merchant’s name, as noted on this website.

My card was charged repeatedly from MERPAGO*SHOPPING and BASELA HARDWARE WHOLES but it didn't proceed since I blocked the International transactions in my card. Be aware, better to block to use international if you are don't have plan to go outside the country to be secured.

My card was stolen at the Cancun airport after checking in my bag the opened up my luggage and stole my credit cards . merpago*diazguzman was shown and did it three times then to SNP taxi. This need to be stopped and pressing full charges against them . I will not stop until I get all my money back.

My credit card was fraudulently charged when I was in Puerto Vallarta 11/11/2026. Account statement said MERPAGO*PETCO CIUDAD DE MEX. Chase bank fraud department denied my case because my card was in my possession and I didn’t report it stolen. I had used my card once at a restaurant called Roberto’s. I have tried to research this company and I cannot find any contact information.

On March 7th, at approximately 3:25 p.m., we boarded our prepaid Nexus Shuttle to the Cancun Airport from the Royalton Hideaway. On our arrival at Cancun Airport, upon offering the driver a $5.00 tip, he advised us that their new policy was to only accept a Credit Card payment. We made several attempts to pay, which did were not accepted, but in hindsight we did not receive 'declined receipts'. When we arrived home, we checked our bank account and saw that $2177.18 had been charged to our card. We now have replaced our cards. We have been in communication with Nexus since that date and to date, this has not been resolved. Also since that date, an additional $720. was also charged. We hope this will be resolved by Nexus. ..dated March 27, 2026

my debit card was charged by MERPAGO SAYORI ON JAN 11. Bank caught it and locked my card. I was reissued a new card and another fraudulent charge by MERPAGO ABARRO came through on Feb 3rd (today). Again, my bank caught it and card is locked. This is only a matter of a few weeks time. I don't know how or where they are getting this information.

My card was charged by merpago fefeli four times. Twice on 07/03/24 and Twice on 08/03/24. Only came to discover when I was checking my bank statement
