When I purchased my Nu-Wave Air Fryer, I made it clear I didn't want to pay anything extra for Magazine Subscriptions, Reward Points that I had to pay extra or additional items outside of what I ordered that came with the set.
Please make sure my card credit is applied back on my card of 24.95.
FRAUD WAS REPORTED TO CREFIT CARD COMPANY! Never ordered this and am being charged $19.95! Want a refund that will have to be mailed as I closed that card and got another!
I purchased a NuWave air fryer around August 18. The customer service contact tried to "up-sale" several items as attachments, but I declined. After the transaction was completed I was then offered a "special" gift as a thank you...when she said "magazine subscription," I IMMEDIATELY said, "No!" I DON'T READ MAGAZINES AND I TOLD HER THAT! I told her, "I get all my recipes from the internet." She began naming other topics of interest and I said, "why would I buy a magazine when I can Google the most current information?" She kept insisting and I kept saying NO! Then, yesterday, September 28, 2020, there was a "pending" charge for $24.95 on my card, used to pay for my NuWave. I copied and pasted the information from the description line and that is how I found THIS website. I see I am not alone with these SCAMMERS. My financial and I were on the phone together and found other complaints. They are further investigating, but because the dollar amount is so small, they cannot go after the scammers, but will report them. I believe that is why these amounts are so very small because they KNOW they can GET AWAY WITH IT! My people are now monitoring my account for further fraudulent charges. My money was refunded by my institution, not the SCAMMERS. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY AN ITEM OF NuWAVE AGAIN!!!!
I have a report of charges to MA RWDS, but I did not make the purchases. The account is Wells Fargo debit card 4052.
Never ordered anything from your company. Have received multiple magazines for multiple months. I want every penny you have taken from me refunded immediately and if it is not refunded quickly will report this fraud to authorities and contact other agencies.
I did not request these magazines and every month I put most of them in the trash as they are not the type of magazine I would order.
