LULAROE FIELD EAST

For anyone receiving small unknown credit amounts from LULAROE this info might help. I received 5 different DB Credits from LULAROE FIELD EAST in the amounts of $1.95, $2.41, $2.66, $4.69, and $4.62. I've never had an issue with any LULAROE orders so I wasn't sure why I was getting all these small refunds. When I called the phone number attached to transaction the representative explained that I was being refunded all the state taxes that I paid in the past to LLR consultants because I live in a state that does not have a sales tax.

I intended to purchase a Sarah from and consultant, when I used the LLR Audrey system to issue payment is reported and error and the consultant said she never received money for inventory item but the purchase showed up immediately on my Debit card statement for $77.38 on 1/28/17 for Lularoe Field East. I informed consultant who was adamant that money was not transferred to her. I have been in contact with Card Company on 1/30/17 to report issue because I never received merchandise I was charge for. My card company will not reverse charges because they show Monies paid to Lularoe Field East. So I am now out $77.38 on 1/28/17 and do not have the Sarah purchased from Stephanie Caldwell LLR consultant. She just states money was never received. What do I need to do to resolve this issue and get my money back.

I have had the same issue. My account was charged on 03/27/17 from lularoe field east. WTF
