This charge appeared on my debit card as pending (LOREAL *YSL ECOMM 866-725-6791 NJUS). Called the number listed but was not able to resolve issue, they could not cross reference card number and amount to stop shipment or reverse debit, and they could not find out who made the purchase. Filed fraud claim with my financial institution to resolve issue and get reimbursement. Wish that the company could have been able to stop shipment and find out who ordered products.

Just had the same fraud issue from YSL 866-725-6791. The company was absolutely indifferent to my concerns. Fraud is likely coming from within. Any Financial institution will reimburse you, however. But having read the links here, its clear the call center is perpetuating the Fraud. Nothing can be done. Be thankful that your banks are helpful at least.

Reading the three August's posts here, this website and company obvious has some serious fraud issue and I hope they are taking this seriously and have a loss prevention in place. I was charge twice this month for the same amount $288 and the credit card company caught the charges; then I was charged few days later for $287 twice and both transactions went through (but reported to credit card company as fraud). This is ridiculous.

I had a pending charge of $301 on my credit card and have no idea what it was for. I reported it to my bank that YSLECOMM 866-725-6791 was not authorized by me. I had other small fraud charges which were reimbursed but this was the first fraud change and the largest one.
