In my case, this was a charge from a group selling devices over the internet and I paid them with my credit card. When I received the invoice charge on my account, they charged more than I had agreed to for the purchase. I contacted the sellers of PRO POWER SAVE and they indicated that I had also signed up for a monthly subscription (which was untrue). Through my credit card company, I filed an investigation and they refunded the difference and told me that I would not receive any further charges. A month later, the same charge showed up on my card so I (1) called the seller and advised them that they had erroneously billed me again and they repeated their false narrative that I had agreed to the costs and they would cancel my subscription and (2) called my credit card and refused to honor the invoice, cancelled my card and now have a new account and card number. It is painful but better than paying crooks.

This was a charge for something I purchased from a Facebook ad. Mine was for pest control devices on one charge & car care products on another charge.
