What is it?

On the 16th, me and my wife came Kroger#467 to buy two bottles of Champain. We were about to pay at self-service, when we were approached by an associate who explained that one can buy wine only after 12pm on Sundays. We put down the bottles and left. Today we noticed a charge of $83.46 from that same store. The charge is fraudulent as nothing was bought at that store on that day. Please advise. Ph# 404-513-6223
