I was charged for a service I never agreed to from this company,and when I noticed the unauthorized charge to my account I reported it and informed them that it was not authorized by me I was told that a refund will be issued its been a week now and no refund was issued.I called them back and was told that i was not elligible for a refund but I'm charged for a service I did not agreed to this is fraud
