They are a "Billing" company that bills for online subscriptions on sites. They billed me for "PublicSeek.com" which I didn't sign up for. My card was stolen By a a friend and used on this site and several hookup and porn sites. They will NOT tell me what their refund policy is exactly. Instead they hung up on me.

it changed trying to charge my cash app not enough cash there but went there is it will take it it is pending a $1 charge now
