What is it?

I signed up for the career services of an academic body in the management/business studies area (The Academy of Management). It appears that they provide their annual access to job postings through this third-party as this was how their charge showed up on my credit card bill....It threw me off for a bit and I almost called my bank before figuring this out and tallying it with my confirmatory emails etc. Hope this info helps someone :)
