I am wondering whether this is an inside job of a Chase Bank employee. Wondering if all these people who reported this have Chase accounts. My Chase debit card was debited $19.99 in early December 2015, then $29.99 in late January 2016, followed by $89.99 at the end of each month thereafter. I didn't catch it until October (out almost $800!). Conveniently for Chase, they have a limit for reimbursing fraudulent debits to only what was stolen up to 60 days from the initial fraud/theft. Everything thereafter is not reimbursed. Two reasons are suspicious for why I think this is a Chase Bank or insider operation: (1) Seems too convenient that the first two low payments would be within the 60 days. They keep whatever is taken after those first two low amounts. (2) The first posts on this thread are 2 years old. Why is the bank not doing anything about this fraud?
Please - if any of you were Chase customers, please repost to this thread. This is a extremely fishy. . .
