In June, I thought I was making a reservation for Central Motel in Florida. The lady who answered the phone confirmed that it was Central and asked how she could help. I made a reservation and, like others, was fraudulently charged for travel insurance. I was notified of the charge on my telephone and when I saw it was higher than agreed, I immediately called the number back (all of this took place in less than 15 mins). They agreed to remove the insurance charge -- which they have not done as of yet. I called my credit card company and they are working with me as they waited to see the charge appear on my statement. Not sure what the outcome will be at this time but this is fraudulent and a scam . . . .
