Charge on Visa for an HP laptop never received. FEDX tracking number not recognized by FEDX. No answers on phone numbers, but constant looping by "Holly". HP SAYS NO PURCAHES IN 2023 but bank card was charged in Oct 2023

I have a charge for $1035 on my card for HP Store...I did not buy anything from these people! Chase is investigating it as fraud.

I ordered an extended warranty for a product. However, the corporation, is not showing any record of the transaction. The amount of the warranty is showing as deducted from my financial account. What action do I need to take to ensure the purchase of this proof of warranty?
