HOTELBOOKING*SERVFEE

We were traveling and I made reservations on my phone. I asked if this was The Cactus Inn because I always book through the actual hotel. The person said, Yes, yes, yes. My receipt at the hotel said $54.49 and they told me it was thru a third party. 1. I was lied to. 2. I was never told an rv fee. (we don't have an rv). I feel fraud is involved because I was misled on who I was talking to and no mention of the extra fee and exorbitant price.
