HELP.MAX.COM

I did not sign up for HELP.MAX.COM and it showed up on my credit card. I had to report the fraud to my credit card company.

I have never signed up for HBO or any other streaming services. How does a credit card that is in my wallet get charged for something like that? It is so frustrating. I reported fraud and as I reviewed my statement, I noticed it started 4 months ago! Call your cc company and report it!

Help MAX is not annual. I have been charged twice two months in a row.

I had a charge from dlc help max on my card that I only use once in a while. Even when checking if I have ever signed for that and there was nothing. It wasn't me definitely. They tried to put the CVV2 number and it was wrong, hence it was rejected and got the notification. I reported the fraud to my local bank and the card has been cancelled. Also got a 1.89 USD charge from Amazon Prime which I don't use at all.

I know what this charge is. It's a monthly charge for Cinemax/HBO. When I saw the charge on my credit card I did a search. As I'm searching on my phone I happened to be watching a movie on Cinemax and I remembered I had signed up for a 7 day free trial a week ago. They automatically charge you for a month subscription once the free trial is over unless you cancel.

I never signed up for HBO or Max.

It seems it takes an act of congress to cancel a max subscription. Shame Shame!!!!

max is included in my cable bill. there is a charge of 23.75 on my card. Pls. refund immediately.

I haven't signed up for any services from Max or any other provider. I started getting charged on July 02, then July 26, now August 26. Sadly, I just notices this robbery today and reported it to my credit card provider. They immediately resolved the August charge, which is the first one I noticed, but I had to call again to resolve the other two. These first two charges will be reviewed by the credit card.

With so many complaints about Help.max.com.max.NY, it seems to me that banks should be on notice, and reject those charges. I haven't seen a movie, let alone on HBO for a long while!

They are on the prowl looking for ways to defraud people!
