I have several charges from Gannett Newspaper so I called the 800 number associated with the charge and NO INFORMATION! Gannett has been absolutely NO HELP what so ever in trying to track these charges. So I contacted my local Gannett papers and I don't have subscription to either one. I will never subscribe to a Gannett Newpaper going forward. This is not customer service at it's finest!

NOTICE OF LIABILTY CLAIM OF DAMAGES(in a future claim if money not returned by the card company) A FAKE ACCOUNT was allowed to charge my prepaid card for $7.99; i file a complaint with the local police department and he said it was a FAKE ACCOUNT AND AN HACKER; whoever is behind the account uses sophisticated computer software to run sequences of numbers until it pops up accounts that have funds in them and are active: then they charge the number at a retail store as purchase pending; i called the card company's phone number on back of card and the first customer service woman Leiann reassured me she would block the FAKE ACCOUNT from getting the money; she put me on hold and used the excuse that they were having technical problems and she intentionally disconnected me, then i callled back and talked to a man, samuel or sam, not quite sure because their accents are very thick; he also verified the FAKE ACCOUNT would not get the money, next day, 10-20-2022 i logged into the account and saw that they allowe the FAKE ACCOUNT TO OBTAIN THE STOLEN FUNDS; so today i will mail a Dispute form to the Dispute location for the theft of my funds on the card, i also submitted a stolen card report through the website which will send me a new card with new numbers on it; i have never had this type of problem with a HACKER HACKING INTO this particular account; the customer service woman and man did not do what they said they were going to do, to protect my account aka: my property from that HACKER; i hope if enough people complain and file police reports in their L.E.I.N. computer system taht all police departments have access to, the men or woman behind that FAKE ACCOUNT will be found and arrested and jailed; i wonder if those customer service men and women may be involved since they have access to our information; also as of 10-19-2022 and forward, they now are blocking me from calling into their phone number to talk to a live man or woman by having us type in the card number then the SS # and each time i try to do that the recording says they don't recognize that number; i did not use any SS# when i first applied for and registered this prepaid card at their website; they are now refusing to respond to this theft of my property which makes me beleive they also are conspiring with THE HACKER TO STEAL the FRNS of i a woman; i at all times preserve, reserve, retain, claim, and invoke all unaleinable yhvh-[G-d]-given rights, titles, including but not limited to all interests, without/with prejudice, without/with recourse, without settlement, all government payouts are accepted as gifts only, geographically only to the land and soil jurisdiction on the state land i live upon, nunc pro tunc, ab initio, non-assumpsit;
