What is it?

I have received two charges, or attempts of purchases with you through my cash app card. It was declined because my cash app card is not activated. It never has been, and never will be.

This morning at 8:34 est. I noticed an attempted charge of $23.50 on my bank statement. I haven't ordered nor do I have an account with gap. I don't even shop with gap and haven't shopped gap since the early 90's. It states Gap Online Groveport, OH. Luckily, my account was locked for this precise reason--fraud.
