What is it?

Your company FSI Centerpoint has taken money from my account. I had just dealt with another company called Efinity Services using my account without authorization. I would like a refund ad soon as possible. I a b reporting this to law enforcement if I don't see my refund back to my account. FSI CENTERPOINT USED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. SO PLEASE REVERSE MY MONEY.

Houston, Texas, 02/03/2016. I needed to demolished an old house in order to sell the land as a vacant lot. There was a charge to disconnect the gas service, $300.00 plus $2.75 charge for credit card payment. The 1-800 number is "Bill Matrix" a bill payment service used by Centerpoint. It would appear Centerpoint has out sourced bill payment and it is no longer in-house.
