This charge appeared on my credit card bill. No idea where it came from from "FreshTech support @ bulet"

I was charged $33.58 on my debit card. My bank has stopped the card. Tell me what it's for. I ordered something today for 27.00.

On 6/04/26 there is a charge on Citi Bank with Support@Bulethk.com for $71.24 purchasing some USA Polo shirts celebrating 250 years - 2 different ones and a hat. They said they were shipped and I have waited since 6/5/26 and have not received them. They keep telling me that the package was in transit.
I have no idea where it came from "FreshTechsupport @bulet.

I ordered a military cap that included a military coin in the price from this FreshTech. It supposedly was in transit from Belgium!! It was ordered 6/20/26. It arrived today 7/14/26! It was supposed to be in a nice wooden box with the hat and coin. The hat came in an small envelope that was smashed. The hat was crushed and there was no coin, no box and a hat that would fit a child, not what was shown. What would you call it??

Charge for product I was in the process of purchasing online from a company called Freshtech. I need to know if the transaction was completed. My phone service stopped working during the transaction. I am unable to pull that transaction up on my phone.
