I keep getting charged 99.97 on my card and and I was also charged 9.94 why?

this is a scam... this place stole over $723 out of my bank account in one month. I am a disabled veteran and I get a very small income. Because of their illegal actions my power was disconnected therefore my grandbabies and I spent several days in below 32degree temperatures with no heat. i had to close out my bank account and start all over. The saddest part is the fact that i have never signed up for this fake stupid shit and my grandchildren all there became very sick because of this company wanna be and someones greed and stupidities .....

I authorized a charge of 2.97 for a phone they said I won. I was charged $109. Please credit my account immediately or I will contact the credit card company not to pay this bill.
