This charge appeared on my credit card and I have no idea what it is about.

There is a charge on the account of Lori's card ending in # 363405 for $99.99 (facebk*virtual goods), owner state: CA on 8/15/2016 @ 1:52. It is not an authorized charge by her. She phoned the number tied to the charge # 650-543-7818, it is not working as you probably already know. Please cancel & refund this transaction by issuing a credit to the account. Would appreciate prompt attention in this matter.

on Dec 30 2014 a $10 charge was made to my credit card by "Facebook Virtual Goods 650-6187714 CA". I have no idea what this company is, and I assure you I DID NOT make or authorize any such purchase. Something needs to be done quickly to stop this fraud. I would like a refund also.
