This charge is made by another person who robbed my credit card. This purchase is not made by me. It was a thief.

I too thought this was a bogus charge, but after hours of investigation I found that it was the travel insurance offered by Expedia. The tickets I purchased were listed on my credit card bill under the name of the airline. One day later, the insurance charge came through under EXPEDIA*Expedia.com 877-787-7186. Very confusing way to bill, but it was a valid charge.
