What is it?

this is the 2nd time our card has been used to purchase something from EvergreenExcellantProb for $44.98...and because of this crap I now have to get a new credit card....This is EEP's fault, stop screwing with peoples account....your gonna get caught

My credit card company just texted me that these thieves charged 60 dollars to my account without any permission. I have no idea who they are!
