What is it?

I'm retired military, and I called Express Scripts, but not using the number shown, and was told that this is a new charge for any generic mail order prescription and that it was put in place beginning in February, apparently due to some provision in the tax law. It will be a higher charge for non-generic. Another broken promise to veterans. However, if you are a veteran you can still get prescriptions filled at a military base pharmacy.

It is a withdrawal from ESI MAIL PHARMACY (aka Medco or Express Scripts), usually to cover the cost of a prescription.

ESI Mail Pharmacy St Louis MO took $60 from my checking account without any authorization from me! Anyone know what to do?

Can you help? What is this charge?
